Red American sauce made with capers, chervil and onions. A sauce rich in vegetables, ideal with fries, a hamburger or a steak.
Vegetable oil, vinegar, egg yolk, water, soy protein hydrolysate, tomato powder, herbs (celery seeds), onions, mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seeds, salt, spices), dextrose, salt, spices, capers, chervil, flavours.
Stabilisers: guar gum, carob flour, xanthan gum.
Preservatives: tartaric acid, citric acid, malic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, sorbic acid.
Colourings: concentrated beetroot juice, beta-carotene.

La William’s Américaine Maison thanks its characteristic taste to the fresh herbs and capers. Capers are the unopened flower buds of the caper plant. The plant grows mainly in Mediterranean countries: chiefly Spain, France and Italy.
Capers are preserved in salt or vinegar. They are delicious in egg preparations, on smoked salmon sandwiches, with seafood and on pizzas.
